Her belief was that the frustration of manging contractors would stifle her creativity. So, she birthed Ancient of Days Antiques… and home decor, a retail operation in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Dottie said, “I took some risks hoping that people would buy the same things I liked.” She designs vignettes and shows people the traditional and nontraditional ways to use a mix of new merchandise and treasures from the past.
