I made an online order on March 2, the credit cart was immediately charged. I got a confirmation:

After a week of waiting, I send an inquiry and got a reply with exactly the same text as the confirmation above.

After another few days I sent a message again and immediately got the same answer.

Then, I called: 1-888-621-8284 ... was put on hold for 10 min and disconnected ... Tried several times.. and never got through.

It seems this company is out of business - do not order there if you do nor want to lose your money.
