Direct Connect Auto Transport in Washington

Direct Connect Auto Transport damaged my car and would not pay for it and even would not provide me their insurance info. After I signed a contract and paid them to have my car delivered to my residence in Wash DC, they refused and made me take delivery of my damaged car on a street corner in Maryland. They also delivered it a week late. I went to their office at 1300 Pennsylvania Ave #190-613 in the District and it was a UPS postal box. Their 202 phone number was redirected to a phone room down in Pompano Beach in Fl. I was told that the owner John C. does not talk to customers. I guess I'm beat. Do i need to say more?
