Foot Haven in Plano

Never have I been SO disappointed in a place of business. I have been coming here a minimum of monthly for quite some time and have referred many people. I received a gift certificate and tried to use it, the owner told me it expired, mind you the date was eligible, however, she said it expired. Of course, I was like, "what the hell? How can it expire? You took this person's money" she said I could pay and then they would do.....I argued with her for a short time, then tore up the so-called "expired" gift certificate and dropped it on the floor. Pitiful excuse for a business, in fact I hope they go out of business, which should be the only way a gift certificate could actually expire. I caution everyone, DO NOT continue to give this woman business until they adopt fair business practices. Instead, go up the street to Lucky Feet at coit & legacy..... Great place, nice people and their gift certificates do not expire..
