Lenvat in Naples

On 1/23/16 I took my Mustang in to get the spark plugs changed. When I got my car back it was shaking and I could hear a clicking sound. Both, things that were not present before I took the car for service. I took the car in again for them to rectify their shoddy work. I left it and asked the manager to call me if he found something wrong with it, aside from the spark plugs. Come to find out that when I picked it up, he had changed the distributor cap and was now charging me another $170.00. He did this without consulting me or getting permission. I was livid and told him that I was not going to pay for it so he had the mechanic reinstall my original distributor cap. Lo and behold, when the mechanic turned the car on, the clicking noise was gone and so was the shaking. The guy was trying to rip me off by installing something that was unnecessary and trying to tell me that that was the reason the car was shaking and clicking. Be warned, this guy is a con artist and a thief.
