He fired someone on Dec. 6th, 2017 for missing two phone calls (which were followed up in succession at 5min & 40min) to the employee's personally paid phone line, out of scheduled hours. This employee had just taken a massive pay cut to join Reichert & Knepp and was fired just before the Christmas season.
