To deliver as expected we generate and present to you, computer renderings of the shutters designed for your specific window (so you can see what you are getting before you get them). We fabricate your shutters using the latest in CNC and PLC wood working equipment (so we can build exactly what you are ordering). We then hand sand and finish each component of your shutter order (so that we can bring out the natural beauty of wood).
To deliver on-time we use a combination of computer and in-line techniques which streamline the production of your shutters.
To ensure long lasting beauty, we select only the finest kiln dried lumber (to reduce warping), assemble components with screwed tongue and groove joints (to prevent separation), and use solid non-finger jointed hardwoods (to eliminate sap bleed and cracking).
