To be completely honest here I placed a order online for a Wagner Prima powdercoat setup. Total cost $4895.00. I placed the order 10/18/14 and today is 11/13/14. I have called over 12 times and get voicemail every single time not a live operator like the website says. I left 2 messages and and email asking for a status of order update and a return phone call. I have had no response or contact. My gut feeling is its a small time company with one person operating it and orders online get linked automatically to supply houses and are direct shipped. Basically a website operating by itself. Im actually sorry I placed the order and will try to reverse the charge through my bank as it appears there is no possible way to get in touch with a real person over there. Look up the address of the business on google earth. Its a ranch style home owned by the creator of this ecommerce site. NOT a huge warehouse or corporation.
