The UPS Store in Vestal

My paid for package should have been delivered two days ago. Vestal UPS driver claims he thought my address should have an apartment number. Clearly my address is a single family home. House numbers are large and very clear to see. I have called twice and told them this.. Yet I'm still not receiving my package. Fed ex and the post office have delivered my packages on time and with no problem. What's going on with Vestal UPS..
