Tortilleria Hermanos Reyes in Vista

I had a bad experience here. Employee told me (phone) that I could make an exchange, but after driving 20 minutes to get there, I was told that I had to have the receipt. No employee told me about this and I was not about to drive back and forth again. The owner was inflexible; I just wanted to exchange the chips! I would have purchased 18 bags. Their chips are short dated, overbaked and the employees are mis-informed. The management is also lacking in customer service skills.
