WIN Summerlin in Las Vegas

I am giving this company one star for many reasons. My inspector Matt who was a decent enough man complain the entire inspection of how his allergies are killing him and he can't bend over because his head hurt him. He never checked under the sink he never ran the dishwasher he didn't check most of the plumbing issues there was a self-made Mister system outside of the home in the backyard that was never noted. There's separation in more than one step on the stairs to the second floor one was only noted. I question him about this and he assured me there was one when there were clearly several that myself and my real estate agent found. I wrote I called the woman that answer the phone didn't give two Hoots about what I said her response was Matt is the most requested inspector everybody loves his work. Honestly I don't care about everybody I care about my own home which I am personally buying. She assured me that the owner Bruce would call me. I'm still waiting..
